No changes in amount of teams

The Argentine Polo Association has announced that there will be no changes in amount of teams regarding the 2014 Argentine Triple Crown. This was decided during the association’s latest board meeting.

This means that, like last year, there will be eight teams playing in this year’s Hurlingham Open and Palermo Open and six teams will once again participate in the Tortugas Open.

Earlier this year there had been rumours that the amount of teams participating in the Argentine Triple Crown would be increased. The Argentine Triple Crown consists of the three Opens Tortugas Open, Hurlingham Open and Argentine Open and is a series of the most important tournaments worldwide.
