For the fifth time, six international teams will compete in the Julius Bär Beach Polo World Cup Sylt on the Hörnum east beach. Organizer Kiki Schneider: „I’m excited to see the top German players like Thomas Winter Thomas Winter, Christopher Winter und Sven Schneider und international professional players like Gastón Maíquez, Jamie Morrison und Tim Ward in competition.”
The visitors will be welcomed to a full program with music from the famous DJ Markus Gardeweg und offerings such as a showing from the new La Martina collection. The organizers will also be raising money for the coastal preservation organization of Sylt, in order to help maintain Sylt’s unique coastal habitat.
The event planner Gosch will provide the crowd with delicious food and the Sylt Transportation Authority (SVG) will be providing transportation to the sandy arena. There will be passes handed out for a free sparkling wine, as a welcome drink, in combination with a bus ticket.
The entrance into the arena is free for everyone. VIP tickets cost 120 Euros per person.
