On Wednesday, August 27th, the semi-final matches of the Bulgari Gold Cup were played, as part of the 43rd Land Rover International Polo Tournament in Santa María Polo Club, Spain.
Team RH fought for the victory against Valiente in the first match of the day and, despite the efforts of RH in the first three chukkas, Valiente managed to win with a final score of 16-10.
The second match saw Ellerston beat King Power by 14-12 in a very closely contested match where the Pieres brothers, Gonzalo and Facundo, imposed their power.
The grand final between Valiente and Ellerston will take place next Saturday. Undoubtedly, it will be a very exciting final played by the best world players. POLO+10 will be present at the event to keep you all informed of the proceedings!
