Due to warm weather conditions, the 1st Czech Snow Polo Masters are being postponed from February 7-8th, 2014, to March 6-7th, 2014. Four teams have registered to take part in the tournament.
The location for the first Czech snow polo tournament is Vesec, a district in the south of the town of Liberec where the Northern Ski Championships and European Youth Olympic Winter Festival took place. Naveed Gill, founder of the Gill Polo Club: “The location was originally designed as an Olympic cross-country skiing facility. This means the necessary infrastructure is already in place.”
