Seit Juni 2010 ist New York um eine Hotelattraktion reicher: Das Cassa Hotel and Residences mitten im Herzen von Manhattan steigt wie ein Obelisk unter seinen traditionellen Nachbarn nach oben und besticht durch sein markantes, zeitloses Design. Gelegen auf der 45. Straße zwischen der 5. und 6. Avenue und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Top Shoppingadressen auf der 5. und der Madison Avenue sowie zum Time Square und dem bekannten Theaterviertel ist seine zentrale Lage einfach perfekt für jeden New York Aufenthalt.
Das Boutiquehotel verfügt insgesamt über 165 elegant eingerichtet Zimmer und 57 Residences mit viel Komfort und Luxus. Jedes Zimmer verfügt unter anderem über cremefarbene Sitzmöbel, abstrakte Fotografien von Irene Mamiye sowie Kunst, Design, Mode und Bücher von Taschen und Rizzoli. Die Kalkstein Bäder sind mit luxuriösen italienischen Badeprodukte von Angelo Caroli ausgestattet.
Weiterhin bietet das Cassa Hotel and Residences New York für Geschäftskunden komplett eingerichtete Apartments für Langzeitaufenthalte.
Konzipiert wurde das Hotel vom Architekten Enrique Norten, dem Gründer von TEN Arquitectos, in Zusammenarbeit mit CetraRuddy.
Kommende Woche werden wir das Cassa Hotel and Residences selbst auf Herz und Nieren prüfen, wenn wir unser New Yorker Polo+10 Team besuchen. Das Projekt „Polo+10 International“ nimmt Gestalt an.

New York’s Cassa Hotel and Residences in the heart of Manhattan is the perfect place to stay when visiting New York.
New York has had one hotel attraction more since June 2010. The Cassa Hotel and Residences in the heart of Manhattan soars out from its more grounded neighbors like an obelisk into the sky and captivates the imagination with its outstanding, timeless design. Located in 45th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue – putting it in the immediate vicinity of all the top shopping addresses of 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue and only a stone throw from Time Square and some of the best loved shows and theaters in the world – its central location is simply perfect for a stay in New York.
The boutique hotel has over 165 elegantly furnished rooms and 57 residences with pure comfort and luxury all the way. Each room is furnished with cream colored seating furniture, abstract photographs by Irene Mamiye and art, design, fashion and books from the famous Taschen Publishing Company and Rizzoli. The limestone baths are equipped with luxurious Italian bath products by Angelo Caroli.
Also, the Cassa Hotel and Residences New York offers its business clients fully furnished and equipped apartments for long-term stays.
The hotel was designed by architect Enrique Norten, the founder of TEN Arquitectos, in collaboration with CetraRuddy.
