Der Club Rotes Kliff in Kampen auf Sylt wird 30 Jahre alt und feiert das ausgiebig unter dem Motto: „30 glänzende Jahre – 30 Top Parties – 2010 Das Jahr der Umgestaltung“.
Peter Kliem (oben rechts im Bild) ist das Gesicht und der legendäre Gastgeber des Club Rotes Kliff und hat das 30-jährige Jubiläum für ein komplettes Redesign zum Anlass genommen: Alles ist auf ein top-modernes internationales Niveau gehoben worden und wird der internationalen Auszeichnung „World’s Finest Club“ gerecht, die dem Club als einzigem auf Sylt vor zwei Jahren verliehen wurde. Ein Prädikat, das der Club Rotes Kliff mit anderen Top-Locations in London, New York, Barcelona etc. verbindet.
Besonders hervorzuheben: Die neue State-of-the-Art Licht- Video- und Beschallungstechnik. Die Wände des Clubs sind flächendeckend mit LED-Technik ausgestattet, großflächige hochauflösende Displayflächen runden das Konzept ab und können den Club in Farb- und Grafikwelten tauchen, ob dezent und stimmungsvoll oder schrill und intensiv: ein Paradies für jeden VJ und ein einzigartiges Erlebnis für die Gäste.
Aber das Wichtigste: Der Club hat nichts von seinem Anspruch als „schönsten Wohnzimmer“ Deutschlands verloren.
Neben den ohnehin rauschenden Club-Rotes-Kliff-Nächten im Sommer, die bis in den Morgen hinein die Sylt- und Kampen-Liebhaber generationsübergreifend vereinen, ist der Club dazu eine der begehrtesten Locations auf der Insel, um besondere Premium Events zu hosten. So feierte hier beispielsweise das Team der HSV Bundesliga-Elf (www.hsv.de) das Saisonende 2009, und so trifft man hier immer wieder Stars und Sternchen.
DJ’s wie die Discoboys, Wes Clarke / Hed Kandi London, Chris Montana u.v.m. sorgten hier bereits für unvergessene Dance-, House- und Disconächte. Die sogenannten Club-X-Change Parties des Club Rotes Kliff, z.B. mit dem Upper-East in Hamburg (www.east-hamburg.de) und dem Felix in Berlin (www.felix-clubrestaurant.de), sind zur Institution geworden, die Peter Kliem zwei- bis dreimal jährlich auch als Gastgeber auf dem Festland in Erscheinung treten lassen und dort wirklich immer für volle Häuser und ausgelassene Parties unter dem Premium-Label „Club Rotes Kliff“ sorgen. Nächster Club-X-Change ist am 11. März im Upper East.
Es gibt wohl kaum einen Club in ganz Deutschland, der eine so kreative Online-Marketing Kampagne mit Video-Trailern über YouTube (www.youtube.com/user/ClubRotesKliff) führt, wie der Club Rotes Kliff. Dort feiern Peter Kliem und sein Team den Club-Umbau und das Jubiläumsjahr 2010 mit einem „Demolition-Film“, in dem der alte Club mit Motorsägen, Äxten und fliegenden Barhockern „verabschiedet“ wird. Die zahlreichen Fans, die das Ganze bereits eifrig auf Facebook verfolgten, können nun die Neu-Eröffnung am 26. März kaum noch abwarten.
Club Rotes Kliff re-opens in Kampen / Sylt
After undergoing some lavish redecoration, the legendary Club on the island of Sylt will re-open on 26 March, 2010. The theme of the party will be “30 Brilliant Years – 30 Top Parties – 2010 the Year of Redecoration.”
The Club Rotes Kliff in Kampen on Sylt is turning 30 and will commemorate the occasion with the slogan “30 Brilliant Years – 30 Top Parties – 2010 the Year of Redecoration.”
Peter Kliem (above, right), the legendary host and face of the Club Rotes Kliff has taken the opportunity to completely redesign the club in commemoration of its 30th anniversary. The whole facility has been upgraded to ultra-modern and international standards, living up to the award “World’s Finest Club” which the club received two years ago. Club Rotes Kliff is the only club on Sylt to ever receive this award of distinction that puts it at par with other first class establishments in London, New York, Barcelona etc.
The new state of the art light, video, and public address systems are worthy of special mention. The club walls are fitted out with LED gadgets and wide display screens that keep the place awash in varying colours and graphics; a real paradise for any VJ and a unique experience for the guests.
Most importantly though, the club still holds claim to being Germany’s “most beautiful sitting room”.
While the sizzling Club-Rotes-Kliff-Nights, which carry on way past the small hours of summer mornings, ar/e a major attraction for Sylt and Kampen lovers of all age groups, the club is also one of the most popular venues for premium events. The HSV football team (www.hsv.de), for instance, celebrated the end of the 2009 Bundesliga season here, and a lot of stars patronage the club.
DJs like Discoboys, Wes Clarke / Hed Kandi London, Chris Montana and others have provided for unforgettable nights of Dance, House and Disco music. Club Rotes Kliff’s so-called Club-X-Change Parties in collaboration with Upper-East in Hamburg (www.east-hamburg.de) and Felix in Berlin n (www.felix-clubrestaurant.de) have become quite an institution, with Peter Kliem being invited to make an appearance as host in Hamburg and Berlin twice or three times a year. These parties are held under the premium label „Club Rotes Kliff“. The next Club-X-Change will be in Upper East on 11th March.
Hardly any other club in Germany carries out such creative online marketing which includes video trailers on YouTube (www.youtube.com/user/ClubRotesKliff). In the clip, Peter Kliem and his team celebrate the 2010 anniversary with a “Demolition Film” showing the demolition of the old club with chain saws, axes, and bar stools. The numerous fans who have been following developments on Facebook can hardly wait for the re-opening on 26th March.
