Vom 2. bis 12. September wird im Polo Club Schloss Ebreichsdorf die VIII. Polo Europameisterschaft ausgetragen. Baron Richard von Drasche-Wartinberg: „Es ist für Österreich eine große Ehre und natürlich auch eine Herausforderung, von der FIP mit der Austragung der 4-8 Goals „VIII European Polo Championship“ beauftragt worden zu sein. Wir werden unser Möglichstes tun, diese Veranstaltung zu einem großen Erfolg für den Polosport werden zu lassen. Unsere langjährige Turniererfahrung wird sich dabei sicherlich bewähren. Seit Jahren bringen wir bei unseren laufenden Turnieren oft bis zu zehn Teams mit Pferden unter und betreuen die Teams und Spieler. Mit der Infrastruktur im Schlosspark, drei Polofeldern, Trainingsareas und Stallungen ist Ebreichsdorf für die Austragung der Polo Europameisterschaft schon jetzt bestens gerüstet.“

The new website of the European Polo Championship in Polo Club Schloss Ebreichsdorf, Austria is online.
From 2 September to 12 September the VIII Polo European Championship will take place at the Polo Club Schloss Ebreichsdorf. Baron Richard Drasche-Wartinberg says, “It is an honor and a challenge for Austria to host the 4 – 8-Goal “VIII Polo European Championship”. We shall do our level best to make this event a great success for the sport of polo. We shall draw on our vast experience in organizing tournaments. We have held numerous tournaments and during our ongoing tournaments we accommodate and attend to up to 10 teams and their horses. Ebreichshof is well suited for the event with its infrastructure which includes 3 polo fields, training areas, and stables.”
