From the 4th till the 14th of August the tournament with eight international teams with goals from 8 up to 12 and seven international teams with goals from 4 up to 6 took place at Gassin, near Saint Tropez. There it was very tight victory for team Wasabi against F Polo. With a 6,5:5 team Wasabi with Phillip de Groot, Pablo Llorente and Karen Brink defeated team F Polo with Justin Gaunt, Clément Delfosse, Matias Nigoul and Alshair Fiyaz. The third place went to team Borderline with Diego Braun, Franky Braun, Herman Agote and Hans Peter Spek.
It was the 2nd victory for the Monegasques in 2011. Winner of the Low goal tournament was the the British team Dark Ice with Julian de Lusarreta, Maximillano Soto, Dean Clark and Helen Goddard-Watts. The edition of the tournament was shocked by the dramatic death of Philipp Maeder, who had a heart attack during a match of this tournament. He was 52 years old.
