Wir werden auch dort Pioniere in unserem Bereich sein. Und Pioniere werden in den USA gefeiert. Dort haben Ideen und Visionen noch eine Chance. Deutschland ist schon lange nicht mehr das Land, welches f\u00fcr Innovationen oder Vision\u00e4re bekannt ist. Das stimmt mich immer etwas traurig, aber man muss es akzeptieren. Ich f\u00fchle mich der Aufgabe zu expandieren, gewachsen, aber habe nat\u00fcrlich auch einen gesunden Respekt vor diesem Meilenstein. Es kommt viel harte Arbeit und auch gewisse Risiken auf uns zu. Ich hoffe, dass alles nach meinen Vorstellungen laufen wird. Und ich sehe Probleme eher als Projekte, die abgearbeitet werden m\u00fcssen. Die Einstellung hilft, diese gro\u00dfe Aufgabe umzusetzen. Und auf den Middle East Markt ab Herbst 2025 freue ich mich auch sehr. Ein spannender, rasant wachsender Markt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

WARUM IST IHNEN DIE EXPANSION SO WICHTIG?<\/p>

Deutschland ist kein unternehmerfreundliches Land mehr. Es wird uns immer schwerer gemacht und durch konstant neue Belastungen und Restriktionen wird es immer schwieriger, Geld zu verdienen und wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben. Auch sinkt die Kaufkraft in Deutschland. Man hat als Unternehmer fast das Gef\u00fchl, dass die Politik \u201eMade in Germany\u201c abschaffen m\u00f6chte\u2026 Deutsche Unternehmen m\u00fcssen jetzt stark expandieren und in Wachstumsm\u00e4rkte eindringen, da uns ansonsten eine schwierige Zukunft bevorsteht.<\/span><\/p>

SELBSTST\u00c4NDIGKEIT UND DANN NOCH EXPANDIEREN BEDEUTET AUCH VIEL VERANTWORTUNG. WIE SCHAFFEN SIE ES, ABZUSCHALTEN?<\/span><\/p>

F\u00fcr mich gibt es nur einen echten Ausgleich: Natur, Ruhe und Tiere und wenig Menschen. Ob an meinem Haus an der Ostsee oder im Stall bei unseren Pferden \u2013 sobald ich drau\u00dfen bin, kann ich durchatmen und meine Akkus aufladen. Da ich die Natur und unsere Tiere den Menschen und Jet-setting vorziehe, sieht man mich auch eher weniger auf roten Teppichen. Ich denke, ich habe erkannt, was wirklich z\u00e4hlt: Familie, Freunde, Gesundheit und Entschleunigung.<\/span><\/p>
