April 2020) auf den Markt kommt, berichtet das Magazin \u00fcber die Vergiftungssymptome, darunter milde bis schwere neurologische Auff\u00e4lligkeiten, \u00d6deme, Koliken, Totgeburten und Durchblutungsst\u00f6rungen, die zu schmerzhaften Hufentz\u00fcndungen oder in schweren F\u00e4llen sogar zum Absterben ganzer Extremit\u00e4ten f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. In den USA und anderen L\u00e4ndern sind die damit verbundenen Krankheitssymptome bereits l\u00e4nger bekannt und wissenschaftlich nachgewiesen.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts des sonnigen Wetters im April k\u00f6nnte auch der kommende Sommer erneut sehr trocken werden. Die Gr\u00e4ser geraten dann unter Stress, was dazu f\u00fchren kann, dass die Pilze vermehrt Giftstoffe freisetzen. Den Recherchen der CAVALLO-Redaktion zufolge wird die Produktion dieser Gifte beg\u00fcnstigt, wenn bei der Ein- oder Nachsaat einer Weide bestimmte, durchaus h\u00e4ufig genutzte Mischungen verwendet werden und Monokulturen der von den Pilzen infizierten Grasarten entstehen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Viele Pferde grasen auf zu kleinen Fl\u00e4chen, wodurch der nat\u00fcrliche Bewuchs leidet und durch die Einsaat von robusten Wirtschaftsgr\u00e4sern weiter verdr\u00e4ngt wird \u2013 und das kann problematisch werden&#8221;, sagt CAVALLO-Redakteurin Nadine Szymanski. &#8220;Unsere Weidelandschaft beginnt sich angesichts des Klimawandels und der intensiven Bewirtschaftung von Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen zu ver\u00e4ndern.
