Vorbereitung trifft auf Geschmacksperfektion <\/span>– “Josephine Brillant Magnum” <\/span>– Dekanter f\u00fcr<\/span> Spitzenweine<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Bei allen Dingen, die mit Leidenschaft vorangetrieben werden, ob im Sport oder auch in der<\/span> Genusswelt, ist entscheidend, wie die Vorbereitung und die Vorkenntnisse zum Produkt oder<\/span> der Kenner-Kunst sind. Der Glasdesigner Kurt Josef Zalto wurde schon mehrfach<\/span> international ausgezeichnet f\u00fcr seine Weinglas-Kollektion “Josephine” und f\u00fcgte jetzt den<\/span> zweiten Baustein seiner neuen Dekanter-Serie, den “Josephine Brillant Magnum Dekanter”<\/span> hinzu. Optisch ist der neue, von Hand gefertigte Dekanter eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere<\/span> Ausf\u00fchrung, als die<\/span> im Sommer vorgestellte Dekanter-Serie “Josephine Dekanter Brillant”. Sowohl der<\/span> \u201cJosephine Dekanter Brillant\u201d, als auch der “Magnum Dekanter” \u00fcberzeugen durch ihr<\/span> minimalistisches Design und ihre filigrane Struktur. Seit dem 01. November ist der \u201cBrillant<\/span> Magnum Dekanter\u201d f\u00fcr 190 Euro in limitierten St\u00fcckzahlen exklusiv auf josephinen.com<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/span><\/p>

Kurt Josef Zalto sagt: \u201eEs ist erstaunlich, welchen Einfluss Formen und Materialien auf das<\/span> Flie\u00dfverhalten von Weinen haben. Mit diesem Wissen l\u00e4sst sich das sensorische Erlebnis<\/span> ma\u00dfgeblich beeinflussen. Der gleiche Wein schmeckt aus unterschiedlichen Gl\u00e4sern<\/span><\/p>

niemals gleich\u201c. \u201eWie die gro\u00dfen Meister der Renaissance folge ich bei meinen Designs dem<\/span> Ansatz der \u201aberechneten Form’. Ich nehme mir so lange Zeit, um die Form eines Objektes zu<\/span> entwickeln, bis die einzelnen Radien perfekt miteinander harmonieren. Schlie\u00dflich ist es<\/span> immer mein Ziel, eine h\u00f6chst funktionale und dabei \u00e4sthetisch ansprechende Form zu<\/span> kreieren.<\/span> An meiner Dekanter-Serie habe ich \u00fcber zwei Jahre gearbeitet und freue mich,<\/span> dass wir sie vor dem Jahresende auf den Markt bringen k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<\/span><\/p>

V<\/span>or<\/span> Design kommt die Funktion:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Rein optisch hat sich Kurt Josef Zalto f\u00fcr seine Dekanter von einem Brillanten inspirieren<\/span> lassen. Er steht f\u00fcr das Reine, Sch\u00f6ne und Unverg\u00e4ngliche. F\u00fcr den \u00f6sterreichischen<\/span> Glasdesigner geht es in erster Linie jedoch um die Sensorik und erst dann um die<\/span> Formsprache. \u201eEs ist mir wichtig, dass alle eingesetzten Designelemente einen Zweck<\/span> erf\u00fcllen\u201c, sagt Zalto. \u201eBeide Dekanter-Varianten verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen Kegel im Boden. Dieser<\/span> sorgt bereits beim Einschenken durch eine spiralf\u00f6rmige Verwirbelung f\u00fcr die optimale<\/span> Bel\u00fcftung des Weines.\u201c Genau darum geht es schlie\u00dflich bei einem Dekanter: der Wein soll<\/span> z\u00fcgig mit Sauerstoff angereichert werden. Im Vergleich zur kleineren Variante bietet der<\/span><\/p>

\u201aBrillant Magnum\u2019<\/span> mit seinem Umfang eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Oberfl\u00e4che, durch die der Wein mit<\/span> Sauerstoff in Kontakt kommt. Der Magnum Dekanter ist dementsprechend nicht nur f\u00fcr<\/span> Magnumflaschen geeignet, sondern vor allem f\u00fcr Weine, die von viel Sauerstoff profitieren.<\/span> Dar\u00fcber hinaus erm\u00f6glicht die aus der Fl\u00fcssigkeit ragende Spitze einen Blick durch den<\/span> Wein und l\u00e4sst die farblichen Nuancen des Weines wunderbar erkennen.<\/span><\/p>

\u201eMit gef\u00e4llt es, wenn ein hochwertiger Wein, der durch die Bel\u00fcftung sein volles Potenzial<\/span> entwickelt, im Restaurant in einem Dekanter pr\u00e4sentiert wird. Das hat etwas Feierliches,<\/span> etwas Rituelles\u201c, sagt der Glasdesigner. \u201eDie Wertigkeit eines Weines wird durch die<\/span> Inszenierung entsprechend gew\u00fcrdigt. Mir war es in diesem Zusammenhang auch wichtig,<\/span> dass die Handhabung f\u00fcr Sommeliers einfach ist. Besonders beim Einschenken zeigen<\/span> beide Dekanter ihre<\/span> Ausbalanciertheit und liegen hervorragend in der Hand. So l\u00e4sst sich<\/span> der Wein unangestrengt und elegant servieren.\u201c<\/span><\/p>

Wie alle Glasprodukte der Josephinenh\u00fctte werden auch die Dekanter mundgeblasen und in<\/span> vielen aufwendigen Schritten \u00fcber mehrere<\/span> T<\/span>age<\/span> von Hand gefertigt.<\/span><\/p>
