Yesterday morning heavy rain has badly affected the polo fields at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club. Accordingly the organisers of the McLaren Silver Cup decided to reschedule yesterday’s two quarterfinals, which now will be held this Monday. This means that today all four quarterfinal matches will be played.
At 2.00 pm (local time) team UAE encounters team Desert Palm 2. The match will be held at the Desert Palm Polo Club whilst the following three matches will take place at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club as usual. At 2.30 pm (local time) team Zedan will compete against team Bin Drai, followed by Habtoor meeting Abu Dhabi at 4.00 pm (local time). The final match of the day will be played by team Ghantoot and team Mahra at 4.30 pm (local time).
