The semifinalists of the Bulgari Gold Cup in the 44th Land Rover International Polo Tournament, taking place at Santa María Polo Club in Sotogrande, are set!
Lechuza Caracas, Murus Sanctus, Ayala Polo Team and Dubai Polo Team are the four high goal teams which have classified for the final phase of the most important trophy of the 44th Land Rover International Polo Tournament.
In the last matches for the Zone A, which were played yesterday, Ayala Polo Team, including Iñigo Zobel (+1), Ignacio Laprida (+7), David Stirling (+10) and Santiago Stirling (+4) defeated HB Polo Team by 13-8. In the second match of the day, Dubai Polo Team, consisting of Rashid Albwardy (+2), Adolfo Cambiaso (+10), Alejo Ortiz de Taranco (+6) and Martín Valent (+4) beat Dos Lunas A&G Banca Privada by 14-9.
During the morning, after a tight penalty shootout held at Dos Lunas Polo Club, Murus Sanctus with Corine Ricard (0), Juan Gris Zavaleta (+7), Facundo Sola (+8) and Temy Willington (+7) won the pass to the semifinals after beating RH Polo Team and La Indiana.
The matches for the semifinals on Wednesday, 26 August 2015, will be: Lechuza Caracas vs. Ayala Polo Team and Dubai Polo Team vs. Murus Sanctus.
The subsidiary semifinals for the Bulgari Gold Cup will host the following games: HB Polo Team vs. RH Polo Team and Dos Lunas A&G Banca Privada vs. La Indiana.
