POLO+10 is proud to announce that with Santa María Polo Club we have become media partners, with the aim to show our polo community the outstanding offer of this spanish club, located in Sotogrande, Cádiz.
The Santa María Polo Club is considered as one of the most important clubs in Europe. Its facilities include nine playing fields, an amazing number for a club. Since 1965, when Enrique Zobel built the first field in Sotogrande, called La Playa, this region started having deep impact in worldwide polo.
Since 1971, the Copa de Oro (Gold Cup) is one oft he most important tournaments in Europe. The tournament calendar includes more than 30 tournaments distributed all through the year, the most important ones are: La Copa de Oro (Gold Cup), la Copa de Plata (Silver Cup), la Copa de Bronce (Bronze Cup), Memorial Pedro Domecq de la Riva, Memorial Conde de Guaqui, Memorial José Ignacio Domecq, Abierto Santa María (Santa María Open) y la Copa Fundador Enrique Zobel (Founder’s Cup).
