In the final of the Memorial Conde de la Manza at Santa Maria Polo Club Sotogrande, Los Dragones and Silex as the best two teams of the tournament faced each other. Both teams were equalized. But Los Dragones got the more precise strikes. Francisco Morales (0), Andrew Nulty (0), Tiago Gallego (+4) and Nano Iturrioz (+1) won against team Silex by 6-5 and came off as winner of Memorial Conde de la Manza 2013.
Second place got Raja Abuljebain (0), Richard Fagan (+1), Santiago Torreguitar (+3) and Lawrence Isola (+1) of team Silex. Rocho Torreguitar (0), Joanna Mobley (0), Mario Gómez (+4) and Luciano Irazábal (+1) of team Blueye got placed third.
