John Taylor Monte Carlo Polo Team successful

In the final match of the +15-goal Open de Gassin the John Taylor Monte Carlo Polo Team was successful. Rommy Gianni (+1), Facundo Fernandez Llorente (+4), Dario Musso (+7) and Martin Joaquin (+3) won by 9-6 against the local team Saint-Tropez with Corinne Schuler (0), Santiago Zubiaurre (+4), Bautista Oritz de Urbina (+6) and J.M. Garcia Laborde (+5). Team Villa a Sesta was placed third. A total of five teams with a handicap from +12 to +15 competed against each other. The tournament took place from July 18 to 29 at the Polo Club Saint-Tropez.
In the second group, twelve teams with a handicap from +4 to +6 fought for the title. In the final of the Open de Gassin the Sezz Polo Team with Shahé Kalaidjian (0), Louis Jarrige (0), Marcelo Amadeo y Videla (+5) and Dorian Bulteau (+1) defeated Nicky Sen (-1), Carl-Eugen zu Oettingen-Wallerstein (0), Patricio Gaynor (+4) and Agustin Kronhaus (+3) of team Douglas Wallerstein by 9-8.
