At the annual FIP General Assembly in Buenos Aires the Federation of International Polo (FIP) elected Richard Caleel as its new president. The American has taken over from the Argentinian Eduardo Huergo, who stepped down as president after three years. For his period, Caleel aims to promote polo thourough the world und to raise the international presence of polo.
