In the finals of the Coupe Patrick Guérrand-Hermes (PGH) at the Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly met the two teams Sainte Mesme with Clemente Zavaleta (+6), Robert Strom (+3), Corentin Le Pape (+2) plus Armand Lapotre (+1) and Blackstorm/Why Not with Jean-Marc Tyberg (0), Tito Ruíz Guiñazú (+7), Julio Zavaleta (+5) and Hana Grill (0). In the first high goal competition of the season in France Saint Mesme defeated the generic team in the deciding match with 7-5,5. Team Blackstorm/Why Not with brilliant polo player Tito Ruiz Guiñazu did not make it too easy for Saint Mesme, that was led by Clemente Zavaleta. Sainte Mesme won in an exciting match and in the end was the one to take the trophy home.
A total of four teams with a handicap of +12 competed for entering the finals, next to Saint Mesme and Blackstorm/Why Not the line-up consisted of Lynx and Marquard Media La Victoire to Chantilly. The PGH Cup was the prelude to a series of high goal tournaments, which will take place in the upcoming weeks at the Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly.
