From July 12th to 14th the South African Championship, one of the most important tournaments in South Africa, takes place at the Karkloof Polo Club. 20 teams compete against each other in four different leagues for the South African championship. Four high-goal teams fight for the highly coveted Beresford Cup.
The South African Championship also is a qualification match for the BMW International Series against Chile which take place in August.
