Matcha (Jap. ground tea) is a fine powder of shadowed green Tea (Tencha) and the oldest and most premium variety of green tea in Japan. An extraordinary energy, health and anti-aging drink. His elaborate production and its valuable ingredients make Matcha to one of the finest and healthiest green teas in the tea world.
For over 2000 years, Zen Buddhist monks have been using Matcha green tea as a meditational drink. Ingredients for 1 drink
• 2cl The Green Gold – Matcha Syrup
• 2 slices of celery (1cm)
• 3 leaves of Peppermint
• 2 slices of cucumber (2cm)
• 3 leaves of Basil
• a strong splash of fresh Lime Juice (approx. 3 tsp.)
• 200-250ml sparkling mineral water or Tonic Water
• Ice Cubes
Optional:
• 4 cl Tanqueray Gin
Preparation:
Put ice cubes in a glass for 1 Drink or in a carafe for 1L. Pitcher. Give basil, mint, celery, cucumber, lime juice and the green gold – matcha syrup in the carafe. Pour either mineral water to it or an equal amount of mineral water and tonic water. Stir, let stand briefly and enjoy with lots of LOVE.
With Alcohol
Just give the mentioned amount of alcohol above into it.
