With the 2013 Maserati U. S. Open Championship building to a crescendo at the International Polo Club in Wellington, the teams are pulling out all the stops in an effort to reach the finals of America’s most prestigious tournament. This past Sunday, April 7, Adolfo Cambiaso scored the winning goal in the first twelve seconds of overtime to lift Valiente to an exciting 13 to 12 win over Zorzal in front of over five thousands cheering spectators.
It was also a star-studded Sunday. John Corbett, co-star in Sex and the City and United States of Tara, joined longtime girlfriend, Bo Derek, at International Polo Club Palm Beach this past Sunday, April 7. Bo Derek is best known for her role in the movie 10, and she is indeed still a 10. Being a horse lover and riding enthusiast, Derek returned to IPC after her enjoyable visit on opening day, January 6. Brooke Eden from American Idol sung the National Anthem.
