POLO SCHOCKEMÖHLE first team to enter the Ladies POLO RIDER CUP

Polo Schockemöhle (GER) is the first team to confirm its participation in the first Ladies POLO RIDER CUP that will be held from 14 to 18 June 2023 at the Polo Club Saint-Tropez – Haras de Gassin.

The Ladies tournament will take place with four teams playing with a handicap of 12/16 goals.

Polo Schockemöhle will be taking part in the tournament with the following players:

Vanessa Schockemöhle, Polo Schockemöhle, comments: “I am thrilled to be participating in the first Ladies POLO RIDER CUP and I am grateful for the opportunity to showcase my skills alongside such talented athletes. As a passionate polo player, I have been looking forward to this event and can’t wait to compete at the highest level of women’s polo.”

First ever Ladies POLO RIDER CUP

GAME POLO is proud to announce that the first edition of the Ladies POLO RIDER CUP will be launched during the third edition of the POLO RIDER CUP and will also be held at the Polo Club Saint-Tropez – Haras de Gassin.

The Ladies tournament will take place from 14 to 18 June 2023, with four teams playing with a handicap of 12/16 goals.

In line with the FIP’s (Federation of International Polo) global strategy to promote women in the sport of polo, GAME POLO is launching this first edition to help build awareness of ladies‘ polo and thanks Polo Club Saint-Tropez – Haras de Gassin for hosting this new competition.

In the same spirit as the POLO RIDER CUP, the Ladies POLO RIDER CUP aims to bring together the best women’s polo clubs from all countries and continents.

U.S. POLO ASSN. Official Apparel Partner of the POLO RIDER CUP

GAME POLO is proud to announce that U.S. Polo Assn. will be the Official Apparel Partner for the next two editions (2023 & 2024) of the POLO RIDER CUP.

As part of this partnership, U.S. Polo Assn. the well-known and globally recognized brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA), will provide custom designed performance jerseys to each team of the POLO RIDER CUP for the 2023 and 2024 editions.

The POLO RIDER CUP is a unique 10-day international polo competition that runs from June 14 – 24, 2023. It’s based on a new tournament concept to be recognized as the Club World Cup in the FIP World Polo calendar.

CORONEL SUAREZ POLO CLUB will be back to compete in the POLO RIDER CUP

Coronel Suárez Polo Club (ARG) will be back to compete in the POLO RIDER CUP, joining Araucaria Polo Club (ARG), Rincón Polo José Ignacio (URU), Polo Club Mühlen (GER), Polo Schockemöhle (GER), Evviva Polo St. Moritz (SUI), Golden Greens Polo Club (IND), Polo Club Saint-Tropez (FRA) and Amadeus Polo Club (ARG) for the third edition of the POLO RIDER CUP that will be held from 14 to 24 June 2023 at the Polo Club Saint-Tropez – Haras de Gassin.

Normally, according to the POLO RIDER CUP rules, a maximum of 2 clubs/teams per country is allowed, but given the special situation we are living and on an exceptional basis, the Federation of International Polo (FIP) and GAME POLO have authorized a third club from Argentina to participate in the POLO RIDER CUP.

Coronel Suárez Polo Club will be returning to the tournament with the following players:
