Despite the less-than-perfect weather, all matches on the final day of the StartUp Polo Cup by CLAVEY went ahead as planned. Spectators were treated to exciting games and a thrilling final.
In the end, Team Motion LAB / canna connect — Yulia Alenckina, Gaspar Caivano, Bernhard Niederhammer, and Joseph Fiebich — emerged victorious in a penalty shootout against Team BYOH / Triathlon, featuring Jaqueline Kalusche, Claudia Drews, Torsten Klein, and Fabienne Last. The match had ended in a draw, making the shootout the decisive moment.
Third place went to Team Polopark Berlin with Andrea Armbrüster, Leo Bayer (alternating with Jolie Lange), Dele Iversen, and Jeanette Diekmann.
Team Clavey Group took fourth place, represented by Klaus Dieter Buhres, Simon Caivano, Steffen Lange, Lia Roeder Turk, Clarissa Clavey, and Max van Eupen.
Fifth place was claimed by Polopark Berlin 2, with Antonia Hammond, Rubina Bernd, Maxi Kaiser, and Johan Funk-Gallardo.
Referee Svenja Hölty named Maxi Kaiser and Simon Caivano as the tournament’s MVPs.
We’re already looking forward to the next event at Polopark Berlin.
